Our Consulting process for ISO 9001


 

1st Step : Present situation analysis

 

  1. Analyzing the present organization and documentation.
  2. Determining a team and its leader.
  3. Developing a plan including project stages.
  4. Preparation for the training of making more conscious

2nd Step: ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Consulting Meetings

  1. Establishing quality policy and targets
  2. Preparing an organization chart, determining duties, powers and responsibilities.
  3. Conducting process analysis and improvement studies.
  4. Developing system documentation.
  5. Preparing quality manual.

3rd Step : Conducting Internal Audits
This step covers to conduct internal auditor training and internal audits by PCS intended for the audit team to perform internal audits in your company.

4th Step : Making an Application to Certification Organization
After completing documentation preparations for ISO 9001:2000 KYS, the certification body will be contacted and certification process will be started.

During this process where accredited organizations are responsible, PCS will provide your company with any support related with certification process, free of charge (upon request).
