Service contracts are valid for 1 year from the date signature. However, the same method shall apply, following 1 year, unless either party gives a 1-month notice on termination of the contract.
The number and qualities of the services to be contracted to obtain warranty certificates vary depending on their types. Our company will find such services and execute service contracts for you.
If there is no service station in the place where the consumer is located, then the nearest service station will be responsible for aftersale services.
If it is not possible to provide aftersale services at the service station nearest to the consumer, any transport expenses, postage, cargo fees and similar costs can not requested to transport the goods to the head office of the company or to any other service station.
Service stations are obligated to prepare a service receipt for defective goods reached them, including the followings, and to deliver it to the consumer:
- Name, address, phone, telefax and other communication information of the authorized service
- Date when the goods is delivered or the failure is noticed to the service station.
- Date when the goods is delivered to the consumer
- The failure and actions taken (to be written clearly)
- Fees, if any
- Signature of the authorized person.
During the serviceable life of the goods, maintenance and/or repair time of the goods shall not exceed, from the date when the failure is noticed to the service station, within warranty period and from the date when the goods is delivered to the service station, out of the warranty period.
In the case that the failure is repeated following any installation, maintenance and repairs by a service station, no service fees shall be received. However, the failures caused by the consumer due to using it contrary to the use guide shall not be covered by this provision. |
